The workshops cover many topics and can be specifically tailored for your audience.
Many topics can be covered in a three hour workshop. I am happy to chat about the benefits of each and adapt them to your specific needs – give me a call or make an appointment for me to meet you face to face for a chat about your needs – whatever works best for you.

Many things affect our mental health, and the last few years have been tough for us all, and especially hard for some. There are many tips and tricks that have been shown to work as well, or better, than prescribed medication which sometimes has unwanted side effects, I can help with the issues below and more…

It’s up to you where the workshop takes place. It could be at your workplace if you have the facilities, otherwise I have access to function rooms across Adelaide and country areas. The space needs to have room for participants to sit at a table so that they will be comfortable while they write their notes. We can work together to get things organised.

All of our workshops are offered throughout South Australia, including but not limited to Mount Gambier, Port Lincoln, Whyalla and Port Augusta and everywhere in between. All travel and accommodation charges are invoiced at cost.

How Many Participants?

It works best when there are between 8 and 15 people. These are the best numbers for interaction and great outcomes. 

How Long?

Workshops are generally 3 hours with time for a 20-30 minute break in the middle. They can be shorter or longer if necessary. Please call me and we can plan something that works best for you and your team.
